Infant mental health services support the emotional and relational well-being of babies from birth through early childhood. Infants are constantly communicating through their bodies, behaviors, sleep patterns, and relationships. Infant mental health therapy focuses on strengthening the bond between caregivers and their babies, helping families understand what their infant is expressing, and addressing early concerns such as feeding or sleep difficulties, excessive crying, developmental stress, or the impact of medical issues or trauma. Early support can make a powerful difference, laying a strong foundation for lifelong emotional health.

Some of our providers specialize in mental health care for older adults navigating the emotional and psychological aspects of aging, as well as for individuals and families caring for aging loved ones. This work may include adjusting to health changes, shifts in independence, grief and loss, life transitions, or concerns related to memory or functioning. Caregivers often carry a quiet and heavy load, balancing love, responsibility, and exhaustion while making complex decisions for someone they care deeply about. Therapy offers a supportive space to process these experiences, strengthen coping skills, and honor both the resilience of older adults and the emotional needs of those walking alongside them.
